No one wants to leave a mess for their family.
Let's face it, avoiding the subject doesn't make it any easier. Planning for incapacity and death is hardly on anyone's top ten list of fun activities. But we all know these are some of the most critical decisions we will make in our lives. Clients tell me time and time again how relieved they feel to finally put pen to paper and make decisions about their estate. You can do it, too.
My Estate Planning Practice includes assistance with preparing essential documents, such as:
Last Will and Testament, Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney for Financial and Medical Decisions, Living Will, and more.
Are you an estate planning attorney overwhelmed with a back log of work?
Do you need an experienced attorney to step in and assist with minimizing the workload and setting systems in place to manage future work?
Michelle has over 10 years of experience in private practice focusing exclusively in the areas of estate planning and elder law.
During that time, Michelle has utilized a variety of drafting programs, including Wealth Counsel, InterActive Legal, Adapt, as well as individual Word based templates.
Contact Michelle to discuss how she can help your practice succeed by providing document drafting assistance and more.
“Moving Dad to a care facility was one of the most stressful things I have ever had to do. Michelle’s
advice helped put my mind at ease and understand what our options were for paying for his care. I
highly recommend her services.”
“Finding an attorney who is kind and compassionate is rare. She listened to my concerns and gave me
confidence when preparing my Living Trust.”
Michelle was born and raised in southeast Idaho. She received her undergraduate degree from Boise
State University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Drake University Law School. After practicing law in Iowa, she returned to Idaho and continued working
exclusively in the area of estate planning.
Michelle celebrates the joy of having a family focused practice. Her husband is an attorney and understands her "crazy legal jargon". Her two young daughters love pretending in her office and often ask Michelle to leave because they have "an important meeting". The jury is still out as to whether either daughter will follow in their parents' footsteps and attend law school. Right now, Sesame Street will suffice.
